DDJR Productions LLC ("we", "us", "our") built DualShot as a commercial application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use DualShot.

Information We Collect

DualShot does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. All video and audio recordings are saved locally to your device's Photos library and never leave your phone unless you choose to share them yourself.

Camera, Microphone, and Photos Access

DualShot requires access to your device's cameras, microphone, and Photos library solely to perform its core function: recording dual-lens video and saving the resulting files to your device. This data is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to any server or third party.

User Preferences

DualShot stores your settings (resolution, frame rate, file format, and camera assignment) locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage. These preferences never leave your device.

Disk Space Access

DualShot checks your device's available storage before and during recording to prevent data loss from insufficient space. This information is used solely for the in-app storage indicator and is never transmitted or stored externally.

Analytics and Tracking

DualShot does not use any analytics services, tracking frameworks, advertising SDKs, or third-party data collection tools. We do not track your usage or behavior in any way.

Third-Party Services

DualShot does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect user data. The app contains no third-party code libraries.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties. Since DualShot collects no data, there is no data to share.

Data Retention

DualShot does not retain any user data on external servers. Your recorded videos are stored in your device's Photos library and managed entirely by you. Your app preferences are stored locally via UserDefaults and can be reset by deleting the app.

Children's Privacy

DualShot does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the app collects no personal data, it is safe for users of all ages.

Your Rights

Since DualShot does not collect, store, or process any personal data, there is no personal information to access, correct, or delete. If you wish to remove your app preferences, simply delete the app from your device.

Security

All data created by DualShot (video recordings and user preferences) remains on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device encryption and passcode protection.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
